Damaged / Misprint (we replace free): If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email support@rainydaymugs.com within 30 days with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue and the shipping box (if damaged in transit)

We'll send a free replacement right away. No return needed.

Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong design or size, we'll replace it free.

Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will be refused. If a return is pre-authorized (rare, unused, in original packaging), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
