Because every mug is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted?

We've got you covered. If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement—no return needed.

To request a replacement:

Email support@rainydaymugs.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the shipping box (if damaged in transit)

We'll get back to you within 1 business day and ship out your replacement right away.

Wrong Item Received?

If we sent the wrong design or size, email us and we'll replace it free of charge.

Lost Packages

If your tracking says delivered but you don't have your package, give it 24 hours and check with neighbors. Still missing? Email us—after a quick carrier check, we'll reship your order.
