Order Processing Time

All Rainy Day Mugs products are made to order. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process and produce before shipment. During peak seasons (such as holidays), production may take up to 7 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • United States: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, generally within 7–21 business days.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Carriers

Our print partner automatically selects the most efficient carrier for each order, typically USPS or UPS for U.S. shipments.
International deliveries may be transferred to local postal services in the destination country.


International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges once the package reaches the destination country.
These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Rainy Day Mugs does not control or cover these fees.

Failure to pay applicable customs or import charges may result in your order being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. We are unable to issue refunds for such cases.


Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier before contacting us.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived 10 business days past the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@rainydaymugs.com.
We will verify tracking and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Rainy Day Mugs is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we can only accommodate cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, production begins and changes or cancellations cannot be made.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or your mug is broken upon delivery, please email support@rainydaymugs.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
